Projects are paid in stages. Every stage is written into your quote, so you always know what is due and when.

Some things are paid to other companies, not to us: your domain name, hosting, paid plugins or themes, app store developer accounts and software such as a CRM. We list these in your quote so nothing comes as a surprise. They also stay in your name, so you keep control.

You do, once the project is paid in full. That covers the design files, the code we write for you and your content. Third party items such as paid themes, plugins, fonts or software keep their own licences.

We set up fast, secure hosting that suits your site, along with your domain and business email. If you already have hosting, we can work with it or tell you if a move would help.

Small fixes right after launch are covered. After that, you can choose a Website Care plan for updates, backups and small changes. You can also ask for a quote whenever you need something new.

Every site we build is fast loading and set up with the SEO basics: clean structure, page titles, a sitemap and Google Search Console. Ranking higher for competitive searches takes ongoing SEO work, which we also offer. Nobody can guarantee a position on Google.
